I am really disappointed in Reel Logix Customer Service. It seems to be non-existent. After upgrading my OS, I needed another download so I could continue to use Calender Planner, and I have received nothing but automated e-mail responses. I didn't even get a "Sorry, we can't or won't give you another download." Or "Calendar Planner doesn't work with Windows 7." Anything human would be nice. So, don't count on customer service from this company.
